Generation One; Day Three: Pretty Mundane

Okay, so Joelie woke up at 4:30 again.

She showered and went to get her food, then, while she was eating, she started making giggle-like sounds. But when I looked at her face she looked scared shitless.

I kid you not.

Jo, really? I know you don't have any walls. Or a roof. Or anything. And it's dark. But you're like, twenty or something! Maybe older in alien years. Act like it, maybe?

"Not in a million years."

Oh yeah. She also started talking to the toilet.

Oh, Jo. Never change, babe.

Sent her out to harvest those awesome plants I discovered back on day one--but only the basil was ready to be picked. But we did find three more capsules. Want proof?

"I really don't need a real job."

...You should probably get one anyway. Unless you're gonna get J or someone before you reach Adult status. You need more simoleons, Jo.

"Why?"

You want walls, and a real bed, and maybe some real food, don't you?"

"Oh, Christ, yes."

Then money.

*Heavy sigh* "Okaaaay."

So she got a job as a secret agent, then rushed to the library. Her daily task is to use the computer to browse for intelligence. Since she doesn't have a computer, library it is!

*Browsing* "Nope. No signs of any kind of intelligence online." ..... "Oh. You meant like that?" ..... "Okay." *Browsing* "Yeah, okay, there's a lot of that."

She had to get up and use the bathroom--all the information was boring her anyway--and she took advantage of the empty bathroom to . . .

Call J!

She then went to the park in Oasis Springs, made herself some hamburgers, and danced her butt off like the dork she is.

Then it was time to go home and take a nap--waking up at 4:30 sucks.

She woke up feeling confident:

So let's go for a jog!

She doesn't seem quite so excited for this one. Maybe because it's after nine o'clock at night and her energy and bladder meters are going down. Time to go home and pee so you can sleep!

"Awesome."

And it's back to bed with her. This was a short day--not as much went on today as it usually does. Hm. She'll have to invite J over or out or something when she gets off work. (Or maybe that'll be a Saturday thing so there's no work to be worried about.) We'll see.

    1. She is. And so are the statues. Would keep them if she wasn't in such desperate need of money lol. Soon there'll be a ton of 'em around the house. XD (That is, if she ever gets a house.)
